*ABOUT THE JOB*
Best Buy Health is seeking a Software Automation Manager who will play a critical role in the transformation and growth of our durable product teams. In this role you will be a part of the Best Buy Health Software Center of Enablement. You will be part of a team focused on best practices, systems, integration verification, and enabling during product teams to build automation. As a Software Automation Manager, you will champion the benefits brought to durable product teams through automation and will form the strategic partnerships to make that happen. The Software Automation Manager is an independent thinker with strong collaborative skills. You know how to work across teams as you evangelize the value in building quality into our products. You are self-motivated and eager to be a part of the team that raises the quality bar for our products and services.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Evangelize quality as a mindset across the organization
* Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify quarterly roadmaps, define OKRs and track progress
* Define, advocate, and implement quality automation best practices
* Define and document go forward automation coding standards
* Oversee automation engineersa design and execution
* Create and foster a collaborative, supportive team environment
* Work with durable product teams and drive testability during application design
* Develop measurable KPIs that ensure durable product team adoption and compliance
* Other duties as assigned
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
*Education:* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
*Experience:*

* Minimum 5 years of experience with automated testing frameworks and developing automated tests required
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead or manager required
* Prior experience working with Agile teams, processes, methodologies required
* Experience with Java and TestNG frameworks preferred
* Prior Experience with multiple database technologies (SQL Server, MongoDB) preferred
* Knowledge of other programming languages including C# preferred
* Prior experience automating tests for RESTful APIs and Micro Services preferred
