Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with Purchase History / Install Base Specialist who will be responsible for defining, analyzing and documenting project requirements, clearly communicating these to the development team, and conducting software quality assurance. The person in this role has experience with leading an effort and driving it through to completion in an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies


• Engage with business partners to understand business requirements & demonstrate ability to develop and prepare business analysis, plans & business requirement definitions


• Support the functional design and implementation of projects and create solutions to meet business objectives and resolve system / process issues


• Responsible for business process understanding of data consumption.


• Extensive validation skills of the captured data for veracity, consistency, and completeness


• Develop a strategic vision and roadmap that is forward looking and serves as interface to the overall business strategy


• Identify smarter ways to identify anomaly within the customer master


• Design and implement AI-ML for automated pattern identification and data remediation


• Fix data problems and drive closed-loop corrective action process


• Track metrics to communicate data related effort connecting to business value/outcomes important metrics (compliance, risk, efficiency, cost, revenue)

Qualifications:

• 6 + years of Experience in Enterprise Data Management Practices and methodologies


• Experience in Entitlement Systems including Install Base, Service Contracts, and Subscriptions.


• Knowledge in Contract Renewals, Order Management, Inventory/Material, Purchase History processes is desired


• Experience with SaaS, PaaS or subscription software business models is desired


• Knowledge in Product Master, Customer Master domains is a plus


• Ability to analyse data and work directly with business data owners to define and draft business rules and data quality control


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL


• Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau, BOBJ is a plus


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
