Key Responsibilities

• Supports the daily coordination of plant operations.


• Delegates plant assignments and job schedules.


• Coordinates the loading and unloading of trucks.


• Partner with other departments to coordinate plant/warehouse activities.


• Incorporates and maintains safety observances, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits.


• Maintains essential paperwork and records.


• Generates departmental reporting as required.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic computer skills.


• Ability to solve problems.


• Good interpersonal skills.


• Detail oriented.


• Organization skills.
