Chubb’s Intelligent Process Automation Program

Chubb is looking for agile practitioners to help deliver Chubb’s process automation capabilities across the enterprise into targeted business ecosystems. The IT team will assist in the design, development, and deployment of new solutions as well as the level 3 support and maintenance of existing automation systems.  These roles will be located primarily in Jersey City to establish a collaborative and open space workplace ripe for innovation.

Scrum Lead

The Digital infrastructure Operations (DIO) Scrum Lead works as part of IPA team and interfaces with the DIO team for deliverables related to hardware, software and account/access provisioning. The scrum lead makes sure that IPA development sprints are in synch with DIO sprints for infrastructure and software provisioning. The scrum lead ensures coordination between IPA development and DIO teams, identifies and manages risks and escalates impediments. Each IPA project has some element of required execution from DIO team and this role needs to work with project and DIO scrum masters to oversee execution and delivery of various tasks.

• 3-5 years’ experience as a scrum master


• Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.), planning estimation and metrics, as well as Agile Tools for Project Management (JIRA, Confluence, etc)


• Experience with teams distributed globally across locations, cultures, and time zones preferred


• Scrum Master certification (SAFe) preferred


• Track record of high achievement in a team-based and results-oriented culture


• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Business preferred


• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with thorough attention to detail


• Ability to travel between company locations as needed
