Job Description:

Equifax is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our pricing analytics team to support the Workforce Solutions business unit in St. Louis, MO!

What You’ll Do 

• Creatively translate ambiguous questions and problem statements into testable hypotheses for which relevant and actionable pricing insights can be surfaced.




• Perform exploratory data analysis, mining Equifax’s vast data assets for significant patterns and insights.




• Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor performance and outcomes.




• Deploy expertise in data storytelling to facilitate understanding when communicating complex results to varied audiences.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or other comparable discipline.




• 5+ years of experience across Pricing, Marketing, and/or Finance, or MBA and 3+ years experience.




• 3+ years using SQL, with experience in distributed data/computing tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Impala, etc.




• 3+ years of experience providing high impact analysis and modeling to support contract/pricing differentiation and value-based selling; Advanced understanding of pricing fundamentals and frameworks. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including data visualization.




• 3+ years of experience building and interacting with Tableau dashboards, or comparative BI visualization tools.

Extra Points for any of the Following

• Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS/Azure.




• Tableau Desktop certification; Tableau dashboard development expertise.




• Intermediate to expert level coding skills in Python (Ability to write functions, clean and efficiently manipulate data).
