Shift: Mon- Fri, 12PM-9PM

Signature Bank is seeking a clientfocused, problem solver to join our dynamic Internet Banking Team!In this role, you will offer exceptional service throughout the on-boarding process for Signature's Internet Banking Clients. Other responsibilities will include technical processing, commercial documentation review and collaborating with internal partners on projects assigned.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Processes Internet Banking requests submitted by Private Client Groups via the intranet, e-mail, or phone


• Reviewsclient account documentation forCommercial Accounts and Cash Management Products


• EnsuresInternet Banking setups are correctly allocated and satisfy security measures, compliance and bank regulations


• Provides support to the Cash Management unit regarding ACH and wire inquiries


• Collaborateswith internal partners on special projects when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years working knowledge of financial services products and platforms required


• High School diploma or equivalent required


• Minimum 1 year experiencewith Internet Banking, business accounts,client documentation required


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle issues with tact and diplomacy


• Proactive with ability to problem solve issues to resolution


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
