JOB SUMMARY: The Transportation Officer will shuttle client personal between Brownsville, Texas area and two manufacturing sites in Matamoras, Mexico. The Officer will also complete security assignments in Brownsville, as needed.

2. Follow daily pick-up and deliver personal using only approved routes; drivers may not alter routes or make unscheduled stops.
3. Complete security assignments at the Brownsville warehouse when not transporting client personal.
4. Demonstrate discretion in all matters, including confidential information; both heard and seen.
5. All other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Hiring Standards

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED,
• Must be willing to participate in the Company pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or GED; Driver certification and Chauffer license is required.
Bi-lingual skills; English and Spanish are required.

Competencies

• First aid certification required.
• Mexico work visa and U.S. passport required.
• Driver certification and Chauffer license required.
• Must be able to pass SENTRI security screening.
• Bi-lingual skills; English and Spanish.
• Client focused; excellent customer service.
• Able to understand, read, and follow rules, directions, operating manuals and company policies.
• Extensive knowledge of travel routes including; streets, bridges, airports, etc.

Working Conditions

• Frequent lifting and moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• May be required to use vehicle for performance of duties.
