Production Supervisor at Nemera in Buffalo Grove, Illinois

As a result of recent and expected organizational growth as well as the recent COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, Nemera is looking to expand our team! Nemera needs a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

This role will bring a Supervisor with previous manufacturing experience OUT of the office and ONTO the production floor! In addition to managing the shift production floor, delegating work for 35-40 associates, and coordinating production reports, you will utilize your leadership skills to train, develop and mentor your team. We are seeking a true "coach" with a passion for developing those around them - who can not only drive production, but lead our associates through employee apprenticeship programs, promotion opportunities, and continued career success within Nemera.

The hours for this role are from 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

You’ll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to us:

• Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent


• 5 years leadership / supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment


• 5 years injection molding and automation experience is a plus


• Proven history success in leading, coaching, mentoring and developing employees


• Migrating to acell manufacturing or working in a cell manufacturing environment a plus


• Mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills and SAP knowledge


• Knowledge of inspection techniques


• Naturally approachable, engaging, listener and high-pace / action-oriented
