Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, is looking to hire a Dispatch Coordinator who will support our sales and operations team by providing excellent customer service to our commercial customer base.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will have the opportunity to directly impact revenue and customer service by ensuring timely follow up, service ticket completion and timely billing of the department.
Run, review and manage department aging report to ensure department is meeting customer expectations and commitments.
Manage follow up pool – coordinate with managers, customers and other internal departments.
Assist with final billing paperwork completion and trouble shooting.
Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
Review billing batches to identify potential issues and communicate them to the Service Manager.
Assist Dispatcher and Dispatch Manager to ensure field employees schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct field employee’s schedules for materials ordered, billing and voided tickets.
Handle all aspects of the Planned Maintenance Program including organizing, scheduling, and follow up.
Manage credit requests and weekly department credit call with corporate office.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
