The HR Data Scientist will assist the Director of Data Science in combining employee performance data with environmental, social, and other external information to create strategies to improve employee experience, reduce attrition, forecast resourcing needs, and develop a healthy corporate culture.
The HR Data Scientist will assist the Director of Data Science and Human Resources in combining employee performance data with personal, environmental, and other external sources of information to create strategies to improve employee experience, productivity, reduce attrition and develop a healthy corporate culture.
When collaborating with partners and stakeholders to understand people-related business problems, you will need to be able to clearly explain technical concepts to people with non-technical backgrounds. This will include preparing and delivering presentations with rich data visualizations and meaningful business insights and conclusions.
The ideal candidate should be able to apply modern Supervised, Unsupervised models for predicting and uncovering insights into hiring, developing, and retaining qualified talent. You will also need to be able to develop and interpret statistical models that explain, forecast, or predict outcomes related to hiring, productivity, engagement, attrition, and resourcing needs. The ideal candidate will also have an interest and aptitude for running algorithms and statistical models in Python / R / SQL.
