The Role

We are looking for a Director of North America eCommerce, Fashion Lifestyle Group (FLG) to lead the next phase of eCommerce growth for the UGG and Koolaburra brands. The Director of North America eCommerce, FLG will be responsible for leading high performing teams, building eCommerce go-to-market strategies with cross functional partners, optimizing the onsite consumer journey, and ensuring our sites are the pinnacle expression of our brands. Success will be measured by the ability to build high performing teams, achieve consumer centric goals, build our brands, and deliver bold commercial growth targets.

Your Impact

You will actively participate in development and implementation of the eCommerce strategy. You will actively participate in the professional development of your team members as you build a team of leaders. You will use your expertise to educate the wider organization regarding digital commerce trends and leverage your skills at influencing to ensure the appropriate actions are taken.
