We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Oaks, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide production support (L2, L3) + Workload Automation(Batch Scheduling\Windows Scheduler)

• Will utilize one of scheduling tools like Active Batch, CA Scheduler, Control-M, and Autosys. Should have hands on experience on any scheduling tools, which should include creating jobs as well as monitoring. Means both (Scheduling and Monitoring)


• Will work on WINDOWS environment


• Will perform querying on databases utilizing SQL knowledge,SQL Server \ MS SQL


• Must be flexible to work 24*7 and work from office post a return to office plan is implemented. we need people to work from office instead of WFH as per project requirement.


• Should have knowledge of ITIL and any ticketing tool like Remedy, JIRA, SNOW (Service Now) etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience working on with Workload Automation Tools such as : Active Batch\CA Scheduler\Tivoli\Autosys\ Control M


• 5 plus years of experience utilizing scheduling tools like Active Batch, CA Scheduler, Control-M and Autosys.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a Window servers 2008/2016 environment


• Experience working with databases including SQL, DTS Packages

• Knowledge about Protocols (FTP, Secure FTP, NDM), IBM Sterling Connect: Direct


• Knowledge of ITIL Standards
