Job Title: Document Control Specialist

Location: Sylmar, CA

What we're looking for:

We are looking for and enthusiastic professional individual with a can-do attitude that works well in a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to connect and build relationships with interdepartmental clients, leadership, and peers. Has an interest and passion to get involved in other professional experiences such as helping resolve problems and questions to completed sales or production builds. Feels comfortable working in Excel, joins in on TEAMS meeting, and feels at ease contributing to the overall projects. Takes direction, asks questions, can multitask, and own their projects to completion.

What you'll be responsible for in this role:

• Manage Configuration Change Board (CCB) approval process to include determining urgent requests


• AS400 data part entry all Anthony sites


• Manage, prioritize, assign, and submit drawings from Engineering queue


• Partner with sales coordinators when drawings are rejected


• Act as a secondary EPDM Administrator


• Provide EPDM technical support to all sites and departments


• Train new employees on using EPDM software and conduct refresher courses as needed


• Ensure submitted drawings are accurate based on revisions on the engineering change notifications


• Control engineering change notifications, approvals and distribute to departments


• Provide customer service to internal departments and sites


• Create electrical specifications as required


• Partner with Engineering and Legal on special requests

What are the basic qualifications?

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience working with ePDM Vault
