The Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness (OE) reports to the General Manager, Organizational Effectiveness and is responsible for supporting and continuing to advance the Organizational Effectiveness practice. The Analyst will work closely with the Organizational Effectiveness team, Talent Acquisition, People Data Insights, Talent Management, Crew Relations, and other stakeholders as needed, to provide logistical support and deliver practical and effective solutions to operational and Support center workgroups throughout JetBlue. The Analyst will learn and apply understanding of Learning and Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) methodologies, trends, and practices across multiple projects.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide project management coordination and support to OE practitioners for training programs, complex OD and Change Management (CM) interventions, and virtual events.
Support onboarding new leaders through logistical support and coordination.
Design and deploy compelling communication campaigns to market OE's services and programs.
Manage and continuously update OE's internal sites to promote access and usage of OE's services.
Monitor and track usage of OE's self-service tools and offerings to recommend and action improvements.
Takes a data-driven approach to identify gaps in OE operations and plan for future improvements.
Supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of OD and CM frameworks, tools, templates, trainings and additional resources to support ongoing business transformation.
Research future trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop insights to formulate data-driven recommendations to internal clients to support OD and Change Management interventions.
Supports the deployment of data collection methods and tools and analyzes results (e.g., conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys, operational visits).
Supports team meetings, events and associated trainings by aiding with logistics, meeting content, materials, agendas, recording and follow up on action items.
Provide Learning Management System (LMS) support as needed.
Supports General Manager with OE budgets and invoices
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
Two (2) years of Business and/or Human Resources experience
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
Must be able to develop content in consistent logical format - e.g. develop the story
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service
Attention to detail in composing and creating reports
Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Change management, organizational development, and instructional design experience with an internal or external consulting background
Prior experience working in Organizational Development and/or Leadership Development
Previous project management experience
Creating and presenting Talent related training, materials and team updates
Experience with job description preparation and job evaluation
Comfort interacting daily with people at different levels within the organization, including developing and maintaining ongoing relationships
