Responsibilities:

  • Active member of Site Engagement Council, partnering with remote business leaders to create high performing organizations with a focus on employee engagement, community relations, communication and team effectiveness.
  • Supports the organization on HR program delivery as needed.
  • Partner closely with local management, centers of expertise, and functional HRBP on organization change/workforce planning initiatives (re-organizations, RIFs and growth plans and drive local/site implementation)
  • Coach and support line managers and supervisors regarding operational employee lifecycle events (ie: onboarding, performance management, employee relations)
  • Help drive processes and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment (business continuity, incident management)
  • Supports the organization on HR program delivery as needed; partners with geo, country, and functional HRBP's, Centers of Expertise, and HR Shared Services to ensure seamless and coordinated efforts across the organization.
  • Partner with our central teams toaccelerate adoptionof HR solutions at a local level to drive transformational change, build leadership capability and drive engagement
  • Responsible for site engagement to includes event management:
  • Organization of town halls/ all hands meetings with agenda, venue, catering Health & Safety Management and Reporting Data Privacy.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in industry supporting a diverse, complex, service and production environment.

  • 5+ years HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in a mid-level employee relations or business partner role.

  • A collaborative and result-oriented individual with a detailed oriented, partner-oriented and solutions driven mindset.

  • Ability, competence, and confidence to influence key decision makers.

  • Effective interpersonal skills.

  • SPHR or other professional HR qualification.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience.

  • Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights

  • Experience buildingorg and talent plansto identify and execute against current and future talent needs

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment using strongjudgment and decision-makingskills
