Job Description:

The Specialist, Returns Policy provides thorough and excellent customer service, fulfilling time sensitive contracted and non-contracted manufacturer’s returned goods policy related tasks while maintaining the data integrity of Inmar’s major databases and programming. The associate is expected to be detail oriented who exhibits initiative to evolve within Inmar’s organization. The
associate will display professionalism at all times and collaborate effectively with customers, their direct and indirect teams.

Primary Accountabilities:
● Proactively maintains, load and update state and manufacturer’s return goods policy with utmost accuracy to ensure Inmar’s policy database structure is kept current.
● Proactively responds to policy related request and inquiries on a daily basis, through SalesForce, telephone and/or email messages
● Consistently maintains a detailed virtual documentation of all manufacturer/labeler’s policy, related communication and or requests, to include SalesForce cases
● Completes weekly and monthly reporting based on client’s contractual agreement.
● When needed, provide support to the Account Manager in the way of reporting for client meetings, business reviews, contract negotiations, and or as subject matter expert.
● Researches client policy related data and creates reporting as needed
● Completes policy related onboarding process as well as conversions or de-conversions as needed
● Ensures proactive and meaningful collaboration with team members
● Proactively and meaningfully collaborate with other departments as needed for research or to resolve issues or answer questions
● Special assignment and or project as deemed necessary

Requirements:
● Associate’s Degree
● 3-5 years of related work experience working directly with clients
● Proficient with Google Suite
● Proficient with Microsoft Office
