CGRA is expanding its capabilities to include cyber risk services and solutions for our clients while maintaining our underwriting and loss control capabilities to support Chubb. As part of this expansion, CGRA has the need for an Associate Cyber Risk Advisor to work directly with our clients - helping them mitigate emerging and systemic cyber risks. We are looking for those with a passion for helping organizations understand and mitigate cyber and technology risks. The position will report directly to the Chubb Global Risk Advisors Cyber Practice Leader.
Responsibilities
Provide frontline support to customers via digital technologies and phone when they need help related to cyber security risk or their cyber insurance policy services
Work with clients both internally and externally to help them understand cyber security risks and how to mitigate them
Proactively engage with customers to raise awareness and adoption of Chubb’s cyber services and solutions
Take complex technical topics and present them to non-technical audiences in a meaningful way.
Cross train other team members as new process and initiatives are defined
Available to be On-Call part of a rotating schedule with other team members
Multi-task multiple activities and work initiatives to completion
Recommend new products and solutions that could enhance the team’s ability and core responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years working within an Information Security department or an Information Security role within an IT organization
Working knowledge in various cyber security disciplines including vulnerability management, patch management, user access controls, endpoint security and incident response
Effective written and verbal communication skills and organizational and analytical skills; experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports a plus
Highly collaborative, creative, and intellectually curious individual who is passionate about security engineering and supporting cutting-edge computing capabilities
Demonstrated success of using digital technologies to drive innovation and improve operational efficiencies
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to overcome technical challenges
Work virtually during normal business hours with support for multiple North American time zones and off-hours as needed
Proficiency in the latest Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite of applications
Desired Qualifications
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, cyber risk management or related field from an accredited institution
One or more certifications in cyber security or information technology
Ongoing participation is cyber security communities
