As the Executive Administrative Assistant you will enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the executive to others.

What You’ll Do

·You will support the finance organization including up to 6 Senior Finance Officers


  • Produces reports for management meetings utilizing text, data, and graphics.

  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.

  • Maintains executive's calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. This includes frequent and complicated travel arrangements.

  • Maintains office supplies; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Qualifications

·7-10 years supporting Executive team

  • Proficient  in Microsoft suite and Google Suite
