Keplr currently has over 150 practices in 29 states and is able to provide exceptional levels of clinical, operational and marketing support with its more than decade-old business services platform.

Keplr Vision is currently going through tremendous growth and expanding its Finance Department. We are seeking a sharp, motivated, detail-oriented Business Finance Analyst to join the team in our Bloomington, IL location!

The Business Financial Analyst will work directly with the Business Finance Manager to help expand the Company’s business models that affect budgets and company disbursements. Along with working to review and prepare department budgets, this role will also include financial performance analysis, risk evaluation (including managing these risks), forecasting economic trends, and any other related projects. The Business Financial Analyst will be required to gain understanding of the Company’s historical performance as well as an understanding of the key assumptions and trends that may impact future performance. As such, the Business Financial Analyst will work closely with all areas of the enterprise including, operations, sales, marketing, treasury, and accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of practices


• Routinely communicate company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications


• Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process and treasury operations through analytical review and trend analysis


• Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging department analytical resources and tools


• Participate in the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company


• Assist in the preparation of presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company


• Support the strategic business planning process


• Participate in the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the company's ongoing M&A activities


• Partner with accounting, treasury, marketing, and operations as appropriate

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required


• Accounting and Finance experience preferred


• Professional communication and writing skills


• Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software preferred


• Blackline, Netsuite or other third-party performance management software preferred


• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills preferred


• Strong time management and organizational skills


• High degree of attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks


• Strong analytic abilities


• Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
