Perform order entry for parts orders and provide shipping/receiving dates to customers.
Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performs well in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task.
Ability to provide detailed quotes of products to customers.
Maintain an accurate record of incoming telephone calls.
Investigate and respond to customer order/billing inquiries.
Serves as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and shipping to determine resolution for customers.
Track packages and shipments through carriers.
Determine the best method(s) to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
Inform customers of procedures and resolutions to problems and provide detailed explanation of company policy and procedures in respect to warranty as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Advanced Customer Service Skills
Basic math skills required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel
Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
High Level of Organization skills are a must
