Brief Description:
Responsible for successful enablement and support of products. Will work directly with assigned customers.
Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary
Solution Enablement - Responsible for successful enablement and integration of Credit-to-Cash products and solutions.
Consult to understand product-specific goals and set expectations for engagement
Champion the product, its features, use cases and benefits and become its subject matter expert
Capture Business Requirements for the project
Provide Solution Design Leadership to Project
Map data for objects in the Credit-to-Cash cycle for integration
Consult with customers to transform and automate financial operations
Project Management and coordinate additional resources necessary to implement a successful engagement.
Provide training on product features and best practices to customers
Provide Tier 2/3 support to customers
Hands on configuration using tools for reports, workflows and rules, data mapping, screen customizations
Provide enhanced education around customized use cases and ensure customers understand the ROI, product & application, and can successfully use the tools
Customize best demonstrated practices to satisfy specific goals and outcomes
Create/consult on credit application, risk policy scorecard and decision rules
Consult on workflow automation, data mapping & analytical needs
Associate product features and functionality to value
Communicate status of activities to customers and internal team members, at all levels
Update tracking system with status of projects/activities
Escalate issues and ask for help when needed
Education/Experience and Competencies
BS degree required. Business/Accounting/Computer Science degree a strong plus.
Knowledge of ETL tools a Plus
Knowledge of Python or comparable scripting tools a plus
Hands on experience with SQL and familiarity with databases a must
Functional Implementation experience of ERP products in relevant domain needed
Experience in ITIL processes a plus
Experience in issue management tools such as Jira
Experience writing reports using report writers a plus
In-depth Order-to-Cash Product Knowledge
Domain Expertise (8-12 years consulting experience or equivalent with 3-5 years of business experience in account management, sales, or customer service)
Proven Process Mapping Skills and Analytical Competencies
Strong Verbal, Presentation & Written Skills (Demonstrated ability to write requirements, solutions design documents) Solid Problem-Solving Skills
Results Oriented with Proven Ability to Multitask & Prioritize
Ability to drive Cross Functional and cross-team communication across borders, cultures and time zones to meet customer's needs
Ability to effectively demonstrate and communicate ROI
Ability to train and transfer knowledge & skills
Must be experienced with Microsoft Office and Project Management software tools. (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and VISIO preferred).
