Job Description:

Duties:

• Work with the scrum team and business partners to develop and roll out state-of-the-art toolsets to private banking client service team.
• Create innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers.
• Improve the design, analytics, development, coding, testing, and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products.
• Communicate with the team and other key stakeholders on the progress of development.
• Drive module and team of junior developers, and guide and mentor them to deliver business functionalities.
• Perform root cause analysis of issues or observations from production environment to ensure no impact on business or client.
• Ensure quality controls are in place, such as code coverage, automation testing, and code reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required:

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as Application/Software Developer, Systems Integration, IT Consultant, or related occupations.
• The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience.
