The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a MTO Data Readiness Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Understand 3M SAP deployment project standards and procedures to support pricing and merchandising data conversion


• Collaborate with Country or Area SME to identify data mapping and transformation logic


• Collaborate with Country or Area SME to create and maintain constructed data


• Analyze data quality reports, identify best approach to cleanse data and improve data quality


• Communicate data gap to country or Area SME and or Business Group Operation team and or Marketing team


• Be a change agent to help business team manage through pricing data transition states.


• Complete data conversion activities during deployment data Mock Load

Your Skills and Expertise 

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military environments to a 3M career.

• Bachelors Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution 


• Three (3) combined years of working experience with MS Excel, Access, Power BI

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with prior deployments in EMEA or USAC focused on MTO processes


• Expert level knowledge of MTO processes


• knowledgeable with APAC Legacy Pricing or Order Management System


• Experience with SAP Data migration processes and tools


• Experience with Database Tools, MS Access, MS SQL, Teradata etc


• Experience with Project Management


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Ability to learn new tools & systems quickly


• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting


• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international
