HQ- Supervisor Receiving Replacement at AMS Fulfillment in Valencia, California

Job Description:

1. 
   Job Summary
   Responsible for holding associates accountable to all department procedures and processes. You will also be responsible for all receiving activities, including but not limited to quality of receiving product, developing efficiencies to increase productivity (while ensuring client instructions/needs are being met, as well as internal policy) following and adhering to company departmental, Human Resources and Safety policy.
   

1. Job Specifications – includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditions

• Minimum two years experience with receiving


• Must be forklift certified


• Experience with Microsoft Windows (Word/ Excel/Outlook).        


• Experience with mainframe inventory systems.  Experience with In Order a plus.


• Ability to interface with demanding internal/external customers.      


• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs


• Willingness to assist in other areas as required.


• Good leadership skills


• Good Problem-solving skills


• English required Spanish a plus but not a must


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• High school graduate, college experience a plus
