The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support across one or more departments; prepare a variety of reports and administrative tasks; handle external correspondence and internal documents.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Generate reports from various departments and entering into computer to produce accurate reports for analysis by management

  • Print and match material vouchers to material invoices for payment

  • File administrative materials by following the pre-established filing system and placing materials into proper location to orderly archive files for proper storage and efficient retrieval when necessary

  • Process written communications such as letters, reports, etc., by word processing or data entering information to create finished written products according to specific requirements.

  • Vendor order entry and expediting

  • Create weekly inventory management reports and aged inventory tracking

  • May provide additional administrative support by processing customer and vendor invoices, payment requests and delivery tickets, and performing other clerical duties on an as needed basis.

  • Receptionist for office

  • Ordering of office supplies.

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • High School diploma required, plus 1-2 years of job related experience.

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • AS400 or another ERP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated organization and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude

  • Drive, determination and ability to work both independently, with little direction, and as part of a team.
