Our finance team is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst to join our dedicated team. This position will be detail oriented professional that will contribute to the future growth and capabilities of the overall FP&A team. This position will be report to a FP&A manager and work directly with business and Corporate FP&A counter parts to execute all business and project FP&A activities. This position will be expected to support critical analysis transformational projects, research, and product development. A successful candidate will be proactive, curious, and always looking for areas of improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual Budgeting and monthly Forecasting processes of the company
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, expenses, gross margin, and capital expenditures
• Key role in the compilation and distribution of the monthly departmental financial reports, regular dashboard statistics, and budget variance analysis
• Develop financial models and analyses to support, measure and monitor strategic initiatives
• Support the Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis
• Financial administration of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
• Financial administration of Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills; innovative, organized, thorough with an eagerness to further develop these skills
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BA/BS Accounting or Finance Degree
• 5-6 years of relevant work experience as a financial analyst or senior accountant
• ERP and BI software experience is required; QlikView skills preferred
• Essbase-Smartview experience required
• Oracle EDM/EPBCS experience, including database administration, highly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High standards for accuracy, organization and flexibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with team in hands on development capacity

Physical & Lifting Requirements

• Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
• Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating and observing.
• Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
