Job Description and Responsibilities:

Coherent. Inc has an opening for a Document Control Analyst. The position is primarily responsible for initiating and routing ECO's, MCO's and related Changes within the Agile PLM system, reviewing document integrity and the accuracy of Change's submitted for approval, consulting with Agile users across all departments to resolve documentation and configuration issues, ensuring that Changes are processed and approved in a timely manner and that relevant department(s) are notified of release and implementation of Changes.

Additional responsibilities:

• Participate in cross-functional, multi-site continuous improvement efforts.


• Coach / teach new Agile users regarding Agile forms, processes, and requirements.


• Provide relevant management updates as needed.


• Participate in internal / external quality system audits (i.e. ISO-9001, customer audits, etc...)

Education and Work Experience:

• 5-7 years of relevant Change Analyst / Document Control experience in technology sectors, electronics, or the component / semiconductor industry.


• Previous experience with Agile


• Independent and able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimal day-to-day direction.


• Accurate with excellent attention to detail.


• Flexible within a dynamic environment; ability to multi-task and reprioritize as needed.


• A team player with the ability to collaborate with team members around the world


• Solid written and verbal communication skills
