We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for an Assistant Pricing Administrator to join our team in Woodinville, WA. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for entering pricing, price changes, and special price adjustments into JD Edwards system, and filing state price postings.


What you will do:



  • Provide backup support to Senior Pricing Administrator as needed, responsibilities to include the following:

  • Review all submitted price change requests for proper approval and input pricing and pricing adjustments into JD Edwards.

  • Review accuracy of Cognos pricing calendars against recent price changes.

  • Input and maintenance of all FOB prices, special purchase allowances, depletion allowances, rebates payable, freight, net, and tax adjustments into JD Edwards system.

  • File state price postings according to state deadlines.

  • Maintain records of all price sheets, price change requests, and deviations for regulatory, audit and other reference purposes.

  • Seek, track, and record required internal approvals for price change requests.

  • Complete daily/weekly audit functions.

  • In addition to pricing responsibilities, assist Finance and Legal Departments with licensing, label approvals, and records management as needed.


What you will bring:



  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1- 2+ yrs. experience working in accounting and/or pricing or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office software products (Excel and Word) required, knowledge of JD Edwards, Cognos, and Lotus Notes highly preferred.

  • Excellence in data-entry accuracy.

  • Ability to sit at a desk and perform intensive data entry for extended periods.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent and multiple deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Adeptness in maintaining and managing high accuracy of significant amounts of data.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize work, ensuring completion of daily duties with shifting deadlines.

  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
