Customer Service Specialist – Outbound Real Estate Contracts and Closing
Position Summary
The Auction.com Customer Care Team is seeking a high achieving and experienced Customer Service Specialist specializing in real estate contracts and closing. This individual serves as the central point of contact for inbound customer inquiries.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and increasing buyer spend through top tier service and identifying customer needs. The Customer Service Specialist will work with all levels of the operations team to resolve contracting, closing, title and document issues promptly and demonstrate ADC value position and account set knowledge to the management team on a regular basis.
Success in this role will be driven by the candidate’s ability to 1) Establish credibility and trust with buyers, 2) Provide industry leading client and customer service; and 3) Increase sales through prompt contract execution, document collection and timely closing.
Responsibilities/duties:
•Provide a professional and timely response to all customer/client inquiries in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures utilizing ADC telephony and CRM systems.
•Conduct outbound call and email campaigns to welcome new buyers, establish contracting and closing timeline and establish single point of contact.
•Follow-up on buyer executed Purchase Sale Agreements, Earnest Money Deposits, Proof of Funds & Entity documents, if applicable
•Review and complete daily review of assigned pipeline
•Engage with internal departments for service requests transferring of inquiries and knowledge sharing.
•Manage daily tasks and track customer correspondence in systems for reporting and analysis.
•Meet or exceed defined performance expectations established for quality and service.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
•Maintain knowledge of Auction.com’s products processes and procedures.
•Possess knowledge of computer software programs such as but not limited to MS Office, MS Teams, SalesForce and New Voice Media telecom.
•Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
•Exhibit strong time management and critical thinking skills.
Education/Experience:
•Two to four years of customer interaction and service in mortgage servicing or real estate sales required
•Proven track record of increasing real estate sales through pipeline management and customer outreach required
•High school diploma or general equivalency
•Bilingual Spanish a plus
