Job Description:

This is for cc5700 - Home Depot, Columbia, SC
Work days are Monday - Saturday

List all responsibilities:
 

*ensure all drivers are on time, keep track of status of route and delivery completion

*act as liaison and answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road

* keep customers informed of delivery status when necessary

* resolve any issues arising on drivers routes

*report driver issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution

*post delivery calls for survey completion

* other duties as assigned

·         List of all qualifications:

Previous experience in dispatching, routing, or
logistics.

·         Ability to handle sudden route changes or
delivery issues is essential.

·         Must have good written and verbal communication
skills.

·         Must be able to interact effectively within all
levels of the Customer’s and Cardinal’s organization.

·         Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
