As a Quality Assurance Lab Analyst , you will perform a variety of tasks. You will be performing multiple chemical tests of finished product samples and escalating tests when needed. You will be responsible for the raw material coverage during periods where an ingredient specialist is not available. You will also be responsible for ensuring all non-conforming finished product is placed on quality hold to prevent shipment to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform physical, and sensory tests on finished products collected from the dry pet packing room accurately and precisely
• Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of lab equipment including the maintenance, cleaning, and calibration
• Work as a team with other lab associates to achieve shift, department, and factory objectives
• Assist in preparation for compliance audits
• Follow laboratory practices and lab safety manual guidelines

Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience (Years/Type): 1+ years' experience working in a quality, lab, manufacturing, production, or related environment
