Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing manager who has experience owning the demand generation marketing strategies and programs that engage, educate, and inspire internal and external customers to ensure the Company's dealers and distributors get a great value from our technology implementation. This role inspires our customers to adopt best practices and understand how to take full advantage of our demand generation efforts, resulting in greater growth for their business.  We are looking for a marketer who has experience managing and driving demand for customers while nurturing the customer journey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Demand Generation / Analytics:


  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via CRM (e.g. Salesforce), networking, associations, or other avenues available.

  • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure (salesforce lead management).

  • Demonstrates higher ROI Experience with CRM / Salesforce (Marketing/ Sales/ Dealer Cloud). 

  • Influences adoption of new technology with cross functional teams (internal and external).

  • Encourages engagement of new and current audiences with google and social media campaigns.

  • Supports account teams in quarterly performance reports including but not limited to:

    • Consolidating data from various systems (CRM, Salesforce, Google analytics, etc.).

    • Analyzing business trends and providing unique insights.




  • Provides retail analytics:


    • Reviews volume by SOS vs stock to plan, makes recommendations on required changes or enhancements.

    • Provides business insights about SKUs, regions, store locations, etc.

    • Manage CRM / Salesforce reporting to analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns by reviewing - lead generation, qualified vs non-qualified and close rates.



Skills/Experience Requirements:


  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform (Required).

  • Experience managing and collaborating projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Must have a good understanding of the Web and Web technology (HTML, basic CSS) and have the desire to expand current technical skillset.

  • Previous experience in or working closely with Information Systems and/or marketing groups.

  • Proven track record of obtaining results without direct report authority.

  • Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills: capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management.

  • Strong business, marketing, and information systems acumen.

 Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing or Business Administration is required.

  • MBA is a plus.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements:


  • Normal office environment

  • Moderate travel – up to 25%
