Senior Pricing Operations Analyst at Nvidia Corporation in Santa Clara, California

Job Description:

Are you eager to work for a fast growing, dynamic company in Silicon Valley and are you passionate about working on critical pricing projects? If so, we are seeking someone to be a Senior Pricing Operations Analyst in Worldwide Sales Operations team at NVIDIA.

In this role you will be responsible for the monthly NVIDIA channel pricing process for the Enterprise and Service Provider markets. This process includes working with the product groups on new products and partnering with worldwide channel team for channel margin strategy. You will also be responsible to review the results with finance, tax and legal teams. This is a deeply important function for NVIDIA as the price lists are published to all of our channel partners for NVIDIA product and services business.

In addition to running the monthly pricing process, you will drive ongoing improvements to the process, eventually integrating into the company new product introduction structure. The current process is highly manual and requires attention to detail, and we desire to build new processes and automation for scale!

What you'll be doing:

• Defining and owning product master setups to enable opportunity management to renewal workflows
  
  


• Orchestrating process improvements and automation; implementing capabilities
  
  


• Ad hoc analysis, modeling, reporting and metrics
  
  


• Running the not-for-resale program for software products; Maintaining g-drive and SharePoint sites for team; Participating in operational projects for software business
  
  


• Training and communication to product management and worldwide field teams
  
  

What we need to see:

• BA or BS degree preferably in business or finance (or equivalent work experience)
  
  


• 6+ years related experience is required
  
  


• Hands on, self starter with Excel proficiency and follow-up skills
  
  


• Excellent written and verbal skills besides interpersonal and analytical skills
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Prior experience in pricing operations and/or channel operations in SW/technology companies
  
  


• Flexibility and agility to take care of constant change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
