Your day to day

      





Review and analyze brand health, market and industry data globally to understand current trends and opportunities within the brand to deliver on the needs of the market. Deep focus on Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo and LuxScale category

.•Focus primarily on mid- to long term trends and competitive position by market to identify opportunities and define required actions to improve brand health, performance and loyalty over medium (2 to 3 year) to long term (5 to 10 year).

•Determine strategic objective, in collaboration with brand and cross-functional team regarding brand positioning, experience (service, product, design), commercial performance opportunities and owner ROI and recommend potential strategic initiatives to achieve those objectives. Work closely with owners / owner association on brand economics.

•Leverage Monthly Category Performance Meetings for Commercial & Brand Performance Optimization

•Contribute to the annual Brand planning process by providing insight into key brand opportunities

•Support ongoing efforts to optimize brand strategy and frameworks.

•Assess Guest Experience performance to inform on opportunities for innovation and operational remediation



What we need from you


  • Education

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

  • Experience

  • 6 to 10 years progressive work-related experience in marketing, strategy and/or hotel operations, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including experience working within a franchise organization and specifically working with/influencing franchisees. Global experience a plus.

  • Technical Skills and Knowledge


  • •Demonstrated knowledge of branding and brand management, including research methodology and design (basic measurement and statistics).

  • •Strong analytic skills and knowledge of the hotel performance ecosystem and drivers

  • •Strong business acumen with core competency in translating insight into compelling business plans and initiatives
