Safety Compliance Assistant at Boasso America Corporation in Pasadena, Texas

Job Description:

Boasso Global, a premier intermodal service company providing transportation and tank container services is currently seeking a Safety Compliance Assistant to support our terminal in Pasadena, TX.

This person will be have an understanding of DOT Hours of Service regulations to provide support to truck drivers, dispatchers, and terminal managers as needed. In addition this position is responsible for the driver logs, fuel monitoring, updating of reports; gathering compliance information for DOT driver and vehicle files; tack and update driver/ vehicle compliance; assign and schedule driver training as needed.  

Minimum education/experience necessary to perform the job:

• High School Diploma

Minimum special knowledge and skills required:

• Medium computer skills


• Experience with Microsoft Office Products


• Ability to self-regulate task and multi-task with minimum supervision


• Excellent organizational and communication skills


• Able to handle phone work with a focus on Customer service


• Transportation experience helpful


• DOT and safety knowledge helpful
