YOUR ROLE


  • Recruit, train, develop and build a high performing Customer Operations team.

  • Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with top customers identifying shared supply chain efficiencies and aligning with customer initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvements and process innovation around order capture / cycle times to increase responsiveness to customer needs. Develop analysis and scorecards for communication to the customer and key cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain compliance and effectiveness.

  • Manage the export process and ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign government laws and regulations. Oversee the completion of paperwork transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate and plan jointly with Sales and the customer to optimize sales revenue while maintaining customer’s targeted inventory levels. Provide supply chain expertise and insights to the Henkel sales team. Partner with Henkel sales and demand planning teams to provide customer order projections/forecast (where available) to improve Henkel’s forecast accuracy and inventory.

  • Lead the on-going improvement of key customer deliverables such as Fill Rate & In-Stocks as well as Henkel metrics such as Case Fill and On-Time, resulting in improved end to end supply chain capabilities and an integration and alignment of internal functional activities.

  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships to drive Flow to Shelf projects including specific focus on inventory optimization, lead time reduction and OSA projects

  • Communicate internally customer initiatives and requirements with anticipated impact to company; ability to prepare and deliver presentations.

  • Ensure that team members comply with U.S. regulations as well as the laws of foreign countries. Possess a thorough understanding of U.S. export and documentation requirements.

YOUR SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent education and experience

  • 5 or more years related supply chain experience, preferably in a consumer products or manufacturing organization

  • Possess expert knowledge and experience of supply chain operations; including EDI, VMI, CPFR, Customer Data Systems (Retail Link, Vendor Pulse, Retail Solutions, True Demand, etc), Transportation, Warehousing, Production Scheduling and Demand Planning

  • Experience leading teams and/or projects. Demonstrated leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage constant change in work assignments and priorities.
