Job Overview: This position is responsible for working closely with Marketing, Outside Sales/Business Development Teams, and Branch Management. Main responsibilities include responding to inbound sales inquiries in a timely and effective manner, generating opportunities through outbound lead generation activities, and engaging in the sales process if an opportunity meets a certain standard. In addition, an Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for pre-qualifying and assigning sales opportunities, prospect follow-up, quote generation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage new sales opportunities and moving them
efficiently through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:


  • Outbound cold calling


  • Respond to inbound sales related phone calls and emails


  • Pre-qualify customers and assign to appropriate sales rep


  • Coordinate field presentations and meetings


  • Occasionally perform online demos to prospects


  • Accurately update and maintain Salesforce


  • Maintain working knowledge of products and product configurations


  • Other duties as assigned



Primary Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales required


  • Comfortable making 100 plus outbound calls per day


  • Strong phone presence and listening skills


  • Ability to multitask and deliver results with strict timelines


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


  • Speak and write English fluently


  • Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills


  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
