This role will support the recently announced GXO part of the organization, which represents the intended spinoff of our global contract logistics business. As the Senior Manager, Treasury you will be responsible for driving working capital initiatives, intercompany funding, repatriation and optimizing corporate cash worldwide, overseeing the company's global banking structure, and managing cash settlements and related controls. You will work closely with regional treasury teams, tax, accounting and legal in ensuring that the business is appropriately funded globally and efficiently.

What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Formulate and execute internal funding and repatriation solutions in a manner that maximizes shareholder value

  • Oversee the global banking structure, settlement of cash flows, and related controls

  • Oversee the cash forecasting and liquidity for US and Canada cash positions

  • Work closely with A/R and A/P group to identify areas of operational and cost efficiencies and optimize working capital

  • Work closely with Treasury capital markets team to support short-term borrowings, repayments, and FX transactions

  • Oversee related Treasury and banking technology applications

  • Management of related Treasury SOX Controls

  • Work closely with accounting, shared services, tax and legal in managing treasury activities

  • Design and implement best-in-class treasury processes across the enterprise

  • Supervise corporate credit card program, formulate and implement credit card policy, manage credit card administrators

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 5 years related industry experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or MBA.

  • Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
