Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Access Security Manager with Identity Access Management and Oracle eBS experience, to lead the execution of IAM roadmap across the organization.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Build a strong IAM foundation for enabling lifecycle access management using Oracle HCM as our single source of record and establish access across all platforms including ERP, Commercial, Manufacturing and Distribution.
Provide leadership and guidance on the use of IAM standards in application development and automation
Partner with Service Design Architecture, Information security, IT Functional and Production support teams
Design Authentication and Authorization policies for various CooperVision applications
Provide appropriate access to applications (on-prem & cloud), systems and data with advanced authentication
Implement Identity Management across various target applications and for multiple environments (TST, SIT, UAT, Regression, Production)
Enable the use of custom connectors and customizations to the SSO, IGA, PAM products
Manage a team responsible to deliver Oracle eBS access security using least-access privilege principles that is standardized and scalable across multiple operating units
Manage ConfigSnapshot administration to conduct segregation of duties analysis and for migrating Oracle eBS access security and configuration activities
Assist in internal & external audit reviews and ensure processes and procedures are in compliance
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel of 5% for any Cutover activities as required

Advanced working knowledge of IAM standards and common best practices including Authentication, Authorization, Governance and Administration
Demonstrated highly effective leadership style
Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
Experience in a wide variety of IAM methodologies and tools

Experience:
Minimum of 7 year of experience in IT Access security, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Identity and access management solutions
Design and/or implementation of IAM or IAG technology (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle IM, etc.)
Knowledge of Identity Federation including implementation experience with ADFS, Okta, Ping or other similar solutions
Experience implementing SAML, OAUTH, OpenID Connect, SCIM and other IAM focused standards
Strong understanding of security management principles, Oracle eBS application security implementation methodologies, role-based access controls and GRC products
Good understanding of software development lifecycle, change management and release management practices
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information, Computer Science, Business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Certifications such as CISM, CISSP or CISA certification
