More specifically, this role has the overall responsibility for research/reporting performance of our Fiber New Build marketing/media tactics.

This will be a critical job focused on fiber new build acquisition marketing, reporting to the Director of Broadband Marketing. As our Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will be critical to tracking the performance of all Fiber New Build marketing/media investments. The manager will have responsibility for ensuring that a multi-million dollar working media budget is spent effectively through performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting. He or she is expected to work cross-functionally with various vendors and internal AT&T stakeholders to produce and automate reports that will inform optimization and increased or decreased investments. Optimization of the broadband P&L is key as your insights will be needed to maximize our marketing budget. You should be organized, detail-oriented and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Owns and produces marketing/media effectiveness performance dashboard and reporting for all broadband new build tactics. Tracks KPIs against forecast and plan
  • Creates ad hoc reporting to identify gains/gaps to budget/forecast. Establishes benchmarks for all KPIs.
  • Influences plans based on historical performance and future media investments
  • Tracks and evaluates creative performance with program managers and creative agency
  • Works with Business Analytics to track multi-media attribution of each tactic
  • Tracks impacts of offers, pricing, message, and tactic testing. Facilitates test and learn strategies to glean best practices, iterate, and deploy new acquisition tactics
  • Works with other departments to track sales attribution methodology where marketing performance has not been established
  • Key player in business decisions and strategy based on actionable insights. Analyzes multi-million-dollar spend ROI to maximize fiber growth
