Job Description:

The Content Platform Manager plays a pivotal role in helping to streamline and shorten the sales cycle. In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Sales and Technology to deliver on-brand content at the right time across the buyer’s journey by managing our sales enablement technology platform (Seismic). This role primarily supports the day-to-day technology operations, taxonomy management and the implementation of the end-user experience.  This position also works closely with associated technology, security and operations partners to manage additional implementations of functionality and asset updates to the site.

What You’ll Do


  • Help define the strategy and drive adoption and utilization of the Seismic platform by Sales and Marketing organizations across 16 countries.

  • Build and manage reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and key metrics to Sales and Marketing leaders on both an ad hoc and recurring basis.  Demonstrate the ability to create custom dashboards around key campaigns and initiatives.

  • Partner with Commercial Excellence and IT to ensure the proper integration of current and future internal connection points with the Seismic platform.

  • Create, maintain and manage all governance requirements and ensure compliance across all contributors.

  • Develop training such as user guides/videos and best practice documentation to educate end users and content owners on the Seismic platform.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • 5-7 years of experience leading global, enterprise-wide, SaaS business programs

  • Strong analytical skills, Sisense, Tableau or similar

●Google Suite, strong Excel and Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau) skills required

You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.

  • Experience with either Sales or marketing domain strongly preferred

●PMP preferred, but not required.
