Business Product Owner - Client Testing at Cigna in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible for setup and maintenance of the Client Testing Environment (CTE) used by clients use for benefit set up and administration. This role collaborates with client account managers, technology teams, and business users to ensure a positive client testing experience and confidence in Express Scripts Systems. Environment products include claims processing and adjudication, API Services, online product services, file feeds, and batch processes.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Provides testing environment support for complex systems.


• Defines environment testing scope based on user defined benefit selections.


• Prepares detailed application specifications.


• Performs quality assurance reviews.


• Collaborates with client management to identify complex business requirements for application design, testing and implementation.


• Recognized internally as a subject matter expert on all phases of the development and implementation lifecycle.


• Supports a diverse collection development platforms, technologies and tools across the enterprise.


• Utilizes deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.


• Focuses on providing thought leadership both within the team and on broader projects requiring an understanding across the business.

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most if not all of the work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
