Our Role:

We are seeking a high impact HRBP to support our US Debt and Agriculture business. The successful candidate will facilitate a wide variety of Human Resources activities that are critical to the success of a fast paced and demanding business.  In partnership with the HR team and COEs, the HRBP will be responsible for the execution of HR priorities and initiatives within the business including talent management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, organizational design, change management, employee engagement and DE&I initiatives. This position requires exceptional communication skills, extraordinary judgement and the ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities to ensure we attract and retain exceptional talent to our rapidly expanding business. 

Your Responsibilities:


  • Partner with assigned PGIM Real Estate leaders and HR colleagues to implement HR solutions in support of support business objectives.


  • Collaborate with business leaders and managers of people to attract, retain and develop best in class talent and preserve a culture of collaboration, competitive advantage and success.


  • Oversee all aspects of the employee experience including talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and performance management.


  • Facilitate the annual performance review and compensation process for assigned business groups.  Partner collaboratively to ensure compensation practices align with business results and are competitive in the market.


  • Provide skilled expertise in employee relations issues.


  • Support a strong culture and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.


  • Use HR data intelligence from internal and external sources to analyze and inform HR priorities, including compensation, employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention


  • Effectively partner with managers of people and communicate all talent related strategies. 


Your Desired Skills:


  • 5-7 years’ experience as a human resources business partner, financial services experience preferred.


  • Capability in major human resources disciplines including talent acquisition, development and retention, DE&I, employee relations and compensation.  Sales compensation experience a plus.


  • Strong business acumen and interest in the commercial real estate industry.


  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.


  • Successful track record of relationship building, problem solving, analytical skills and sound judgement.


  • A strong understanding and ability to apply all applicable HR laws and regulations as well as current business and talent market trends. 


  • Excellent written, listening and oral communication skills.


  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.


  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree or SPHR preferred.  


  • Ability to travel, as needed.
