The Embedded Banking - Execution and Client Success VP will be responsible for working with our Embedded Banking program leadership to support the launch of this new product in the US, as well as supporting client engagement and success initiatives. The role will require collaboration with relevant Product, Control, Operations, Design, and Engineering teams, to bring our Embedded Banking solution to the US market. This is a high priority, innovative new product launch, with high levels of senior exposure and strong growth potential.
Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams coordinating activities across functions
Help develop and deliver senior level communications to advocate for program and needs
Support client communications and engagement, including engaging and solutioning with clients directly
Refine and execute on an integrated plan to bring Embedded Banking to market
Ensure deliverables are tracked in line with due dates
Hands on participation in Development Partner / Client selection and other critical path client activities
Identify creative and timely solutions to key program challenges
Ensure all risk management, legal, control, and compliance activities are done in line with JPMC standards in advance of product launch
Track project progress and report effectively on status, blockers and changes. Contribute to creating, maintaining and communicating schedules, scorecards and plans
Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business, Technology and functional partners

Qualifications:
5+ years of Product development / delivery client engagement, business/corporate development, or consulting/strategy experience within the financial services industry
2+ years in a delivery capacity across a highly complex and globally distributed operating environment
2+ years with Payments/Banking products and services
Demonstrated ability to work in an intense and complex work environment, with an appropriate sense of urgency
Track record of developing and delivering on strategic initiatives
Familiarity with emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practices
Participation or management of a new business or product launch in a large organization or experience at a startup a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
BA or BS required. MBA preferred
