Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.
A Day in the Life
Harvesting data from additional sources
Downloading & uploading pricing to ERP Systems
Handling price requests
Understand and use SQL, Tableau and other software to manage data
Ensure the effectiveness of Book Price
Identify & drive for solutions for low margin business
Monitor agreement performance
Identify and investigate transactional pricing leakage
Use advanced analytics to identify problem and opportunity
Develop/improve reporting on metrics
Explore next level Pricing areas (i.e. competitive analysis, A.I., cross-functional data integration, etc.)
Define process and drive system optimization (TEOA)
Define strategy and KPI that aligns with business objectives and market dynamics
Manage balance between price improvement and transactional execution
Applying market/supply chain insights and rules into pricing decisions
Making recommendations for pricing opportunities
Build / drive a high-performance team
What your background should look like:
College degree in economics, finance, statistics, business or comparable experience
6+ years of experience in pricing or equivalent type role
2+ years of experience as people leader or equivalent leadership role, with high potential capability
4-year degree required, MBA preferred
Understanding the business

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $140,400 - $162,100(subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
