Arthrex Manufacturing is hiring for the Manufacturing Apprentice Program for 2022. These positions are expected to start approximately in January 2022. The purpose of the Manufacturing Apprentice positions is to provide training and experience to develop the successful candidates into CNC Machine Operators. The program schedule is primarily dayshift with evening classroom training (including off-site training) and occasional Saturday work as needed. Successful candidates must be able to work at the Arthrex Manufacturing facility located in Ave Maria, FL and must also have the flexibility to train at local technical schools after normal work hours.

Main Objective:
To successfully complete all requisite Manufacturing Apprenticeship program objectives, including all machine specific and classroom training to ultimately produce superior products following Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. machining processes and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Mechanical aptitude. Ability to use measuring tools. Blueprint experience or training.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Knowledge of CNC machines a plus.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to complete the apprenticeship program based upon the program requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
