The Executive Recruiter at Lamb Weston is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility, in this role you will help to drive the right talent at the right time to Lamb Weston.
Job Description
In this role you will:
Proactively source, screen and engage candidates at the Director level and above to join Lamb Weston
Advise and influence our hiring teams toward the right candidate at the right time
Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to attract top level talent
Conduct formal evaluation screening interviews via Webex, Teams or phone
Partner with hiring teams and our HR Partners to determine final decisions on candidate hiring; make recommendations on the candidate slate and final candidate selections
Facilitate offer negotiation with candidate, including working with our HR Partners on offer requirements
Leverage various resources, including on-line and in-person meetings to build a network and a talent pool for each role
Ensure record-keeping is concise and utilize the Workday ATS as our single record keeping entity
Work directly with external retained and contingent search firms to ensure compliance and facilitate the hiring process
Promote the company image and branding to candidates to ensure that Lamb Weston is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way. Drive the highest standards of ethical behavior to all involved in the recruiting process.
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive recruiting capacity with demonstrable experience influencing hiring managers and candidates
Bachelor's degree in related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent grammar and punctuation
Must be a self-starter and a problem solver
Experience working with executives across the board
Ability to deliver time-sensitive projects by successfully prioritizing
Proven success scoping and executing full-cycle executive search engagements from job intake to offer acceptance
High degree of professionalism with the ability to develop rapport in person or virtually
Proficient with MS Office, Workday, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
Ability to maintain confidentialities including salary information
Preferred Skills/Experience:

Global experience or experience working with matrixed colleagues globally
