Job Description

Working together with the Manager of Compensation, the Compensation Analyst will provide analytical support in the administration of existing Compensation programs.

Responsibilities include:


  • Conductingjob analyses and review position descriptions for appropriateness and confirmation of FLSA classifications; benchmarking positions for evaluation against market.

  • Workingas a team player to support and contribute to the successful administration of the Annual Merit and Incentive programs; performinganalyses and work within the Oracle application as assigned.

  • Determiningthe organization's competitive pay structure by participation in salary surveys.

  • Workingcollaboratively on compensation related projects on an as needed basis.





Job Requirements



  • 1+ years of relevant experience in Compensation/Human Resources

  • Bachelor's Degreemajoring in Business, Management, Accounting, HR, and/or Finance preferred

  • Advanced proficiency with Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail as well as analytical, verbal, written, and problem solving skills

  • Experience working within a fast moving organization with a manufacturing component
