Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Campus Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The recruiter will be responsible, in partnership with the campus recruiting manager, for executing our campus recruiting efforts and strategy, increasing our employer brand recognition and strengthening relationships with university programs. The recruiter will work closely with the campus recruiting manager with support from the campus recruiting coordinator.

The recruiter will play an intergral role in the onboarding of campus hires and management of the intern program.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assist in leading campus events and interviews
• Coordinate campus recruiting teams for all events
• Conduct outreach and manage talent and ongoing relationships with candidates
• Review and screen applicants
• Build and further develop relationships with top university programs
• Advise on market trends regarding campus talent and recruiting
• Facilitate on campus and in office interviews
• Manage the intern programs, including the full-time offer process and conversion rate
• Manage the new Investment Banker full-time and intern training program, including scheduling and logistics, content and presenters, vendors, delivery and evaluation

• 2- 3 years of professional HR/recruiting experience
• 1year of campus recruiting experience (MBA or undergraduate) strongly preferred
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work with little supervision or direction
• Willingness for occasional travel during campus recruiting season
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to work across all levels in the organization, including senior executives
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
