Facilitating execution of internal collateral, marketing material, and communications to support cross-functional teams in product delivery
Refining and re-engineering end-to-end solution processes for delivery, and implementing change with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Assisting in product strategy initiatives to support requirements across industries and client segments
Representing CB client interests as a product liaison to develop future state product roadmaps
Understanding trends across the CB client base to identify areas of opportunity and vulnerability
Coordinating and prioritizing product input on CB investment process via input from Clients, Product Solutions Specialists, TMOs, and Bankers
Developing and managing ongoing governance, pilot success criteria and business review reporting packs for senior leader consumption
Collaborating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, KYC, and Finance as needed while supporting all compliance and risk initiatives
Qualifications:
BA/BS business degree or a related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years corporate or professional services / consulting experience, with a focus on growth strategy, operational, or product efforts
Strategic thinker that combines structured approach, strong analytical skills and creative problem solving
Entrepreneurial and a self-starter
Strong project management skills; well-organized, ability to manage multiple projects
Strong written + verbal communication, leadership, and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others and drive change
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Sales enablement experience a plus, to bring new product capabilities to market and support sales education / training
